The process by which Three Winds works

Three Winds' Processes

Construction and Testing

Once all project details have been finalized, design and construction will begin. Clients will be able to view a “work in progress” on the web and enabling them to provide feedback.

When the project is complete, Three Winds will perform several rigorous usability tests, as specified in our contract. At that time, the final product will be delivered to the client per the terms and conditions in the contract and will be ready to launch.

Maintenance

Most e-commerce, web, and multimedia solutions are ever-evolving. The content will likely need to be updated from time to time, depending on business or client needs. Three Winds offers monthly and yearly maintenance, as well as upgrade options to help keep customers up-to-date on the company’s current activities.

Initial Meeting

The process begins with a meeting between Three Winds and the client’s staff. The meeting will be conducted in an interactive style in order to encourage a free flow of ideas between the project manager and Three Winds. During this initial fact-finding meeting, stated goals and objectives will be reviewed and possible solutions identified. The scope of the proposed project and the services required to accomplish these goals will also be discussed.

Research and Estimates

After the initial meeting, Three Winds will spend up to several weeks researching solutions to meet the project’s needs. Although the requirements may be similar to previous projects we have worked on in the past, we believe that custom designs are far superior to cookie-cutter solutions. After the initial research is complete, Three Winds will issue a cost estimate and timetable for the services we will render. Once the proposal is accepted, a final meeting will be scheduled to outline project deliverables and format(s). Based on this meeting, a final cost can then be determined.
